and yes i will talk to my therapist but it'a 2 am and it's on my mind and she's unavail till next week . plus it's helpful to mull it over with you guys too cuz some people and similar experiences an yada yada

i never felt crazy an torn in two or like 2 ppl b4 even in a 911 from being of my meds. but off meds from 2 years ago an off meds this year, diferent, worse scarier more dangerous too. for others more and more than me.

It seems as I age my off meds instability is getting worse and worse. more than "normal for me" it's changing it's evolving it's so forien i'd lmost even go so far as to say i am not recognizing or knowing who i am, looking outside in. like who is this person? from a bistanders point of veiw.

forgetting meds for 2/3 days is making me instable seriousky more an more and faster and faster. specially this close after a 911. that's to be expected, and is a very good reason to be rabid about my meds. i mood swing faster i cycle faster from hi to tears to lets hurtself to lets dance.

im sure i am not the only one who notices as they age things like this?

given how fractured my personalities are and my needs and me i wouldn't be surprised a dr actually did diagnose me as mpd in the pych hospital the first time, but he assumed that an didn't ask any questions because i had a stuffed toy and a working baby bottle. he assume i was pretending they needed to eat and i had to feed them and they'd get hurt if i didn't.
baba was for me.

fuck ithink to much when manic and bipolar an my hea hurts lol. must invent headache gag so when mentally wigging out from addhd and mania i dun wonder to many things lol;

You need to call the crisis line that they gave you. You are in a rapid cycle mode and this might call for possible hospitalization to get you balanced. When I get unbalanced, I alert my Mom and I organize my room (lots of books and yarn). I always carry my crisis phone number with me and so far, I have been pretty good because I take my medicine.

I did tha and it heled a lot i was still wird but i could relx.

Call your doctor tomorrow morning. Because you sound very manic and that's not a good thing. You don't appear to be tightly enough controlled and could benefit from a higher dosage of medication.

I called my therapist . I had a serious problem coming n had to take mu panic meds for first time ever. N i will call dr [mod edit to remove name]. Somethings going on n i dunno what.
