My slave likes wearing her medium sized metal butt plug and would like to wear it full time, only taking it out to defecate
and to bathe. Does anyone here have any actual experience wearing one for extended periods of time?

No, I do not have that experience. However, I do come from a medical background and can tell you anal tone is in place for a very good reason, so stretching it out by wearing something full time like that is asking for trouble - if not today, certainly down the road. Just my .02.

She may be very anal-erotic which is fine, but save plug-wearing for a treat or reward. Once the novelty wears off, her wanting to depend on it may naturally diminish.

Will digestion be affected long term if it is difficult for her to pass wind every now and then through the back end?
