About a month ago, we had this thread http://www.collarchat.com/m_4582388/tm.htm from a customer that wasn't exceptionally happy with the Extreme Restraint folks. I'm putting this up for the other side of the story. Right now, I am an exceptionally happy customer. Four days ago, I ordered My item and the box showed up today. I live in Alaska. There was no way on this planet that I expected anything to arrive that quickly with standard shipping during the holiday season. I didn't think for a second that this thing would arrive by Christmas, but it did! Quality. I've spent a few moments with this new piece of leather and there's not a single flaw. Every stitch is perfect. Every rivet in symmetric place. It came exactly as advertised. Somebody who cared about putting their name on their work made this. It is beautifully crafted and absolutely meets My expectations. So, here's a good word for this company. They did their job and they did it right.

We purchase periodically from XR and have had no issues with delivery. Then again, everyone in our town has a PO Box, so it has to be picked up at the Post Office or if direct shipped pay extra to insure the item. We have had great experiences with XR but had one item a couple of years ago that was defective and they replaced it. So, I can't really complain. The X-Rack, Stocks, Spanking bench and mouth soaping machine we made ourselves. :-)
