Seek out a psychiatrist, (M.D.) they can prescribe rx's for you for your anxiety and depression.
And for anxiety take your right thumb and massage your left lower wrist with it. It works, it's part of accupuncture.

You say you can't talk details because the info might fall into the wrong hands yet you are willing to tell all in a PM which has just as much chance of falling into the wrong hands. Sorry but that doesn't make much sense. You then go on to say you know other subs like you are looking for help in this but you still are not willing to actually discuss it on the forums. Then you start blasting people for not knowing what you are talking about when you refuse to tell the whole story. WTF Either tell us what the deal is so people can try to help or don't mention it at all.

It is less public. Besides, I have no idea if she told anyone. (She has not responded to my mail; instead I got some weird automatic response from CM, so she probably did not receive my mail.)
