Hello. Lately I've been wanting to try out some mild CBT and was wondering if there were any reputable guides online that my googling have missed. The reason I'm posting this here rather than Ask a Master/Mistress is, as evidenced in the thread's title, safety is my number one priority and I've noticed that sometimes medical professionals who are involved in kink or are kink-friendly will post such things.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not big on the online guides thing. My first recommendation to you would be "The Family Jewels" by Handy Haberman. http://www.amazon.com/Family-Jewels-Guide-Genital-Torment/dp/1890159344/ref=cm_lmf_tit_7

Keeping your junk safe is surely worth the price of a book.

Indeed! As soon as the snowpocalypse lets up some, I planned on going to the bookstore for more genral BDSMy-type literature. Not sure if I'm invested enough yet to buy an entire book about it, seeing as though I don't have anyone to test out my new knowledge out on. Very interesting though, I'll add it to my list in case I want to check it out later.
