I'm not saying that there aren't inconsistencies. It seems hard to believe that Mrs. Oulsen didn't know that the person sitting next to her was arguing with the man behind him, and that he jumped up and turned around to confront him. I'm just saying that from the video I watched, it looks like all Oulsen did was throw a cup of popcorn. I suspect that Oulsen would have continued this, and maybe even attacked Reeves, but as it stands he didn't.

Do you happen to have a link to the video you watched? I tried Google, and got lots of hits, but nothing that was enhanced.

Yes mine showed that but you could also see something lit up hitting him.
As I said it was much clearer.
You know it has something for Reeves since his lawyer is all for admitting it.

It's interesting that you mention it as a .38, rather than a .380. I'm curious if your husband has explained a bit of this to you. I'm not really a "gun guy" but I'll see if I can give you a quick rundown on something. A .38, a .380, a 9mm, and a .357 all fire a bullet of the same diameter. The difference is in the casing and powder charge behind the bullet. While there are exceptions, revolvers and semiautomatics tend to take different varieties.

Ive read several reports that said it was a 0.38 and several that it was a .380. I actually do understand the sizing of shells, I mentioned it to my hubby simply because some dumbarse claimed that a revolver never jammed.
Blatantly untrue, AND nothing else. Im not arguing anything BUT that...so go hunt for someone else to edumacate.

Occam's razor says a .380 round is going to be coming out of an automatic. James Bond carried a Walther PPK in a number of the films, so perhaps you can visualize a Pierce Brosnan movie poster and picture the size gun he's posed with. It's a popular choice for concealed carry, because it is relatively small and lightweight.
Im not going to ask if you can be any more patronizing, but I know you can, so Im just gonna fart in your general direction.

Also, revolvers don't go into a pocket very well. They bulge at the cylinder, and the hammer (the part that sticks up at the back) tends to get hung up on things, especially when you need to get it out in a hurry.



And yes, it is completely bogus to say the gun jammed when he attempted a second shot. It's certainly possible (even easy) to not be aware of a jam until nothing happens when you pull the trigger on the next round, but they occur after the round is fired..I didnt say it wasnt bogus, I was asking, for a specific reason..

Making excuses for the killer? Miss the part where I said from go that I'm good with him dying in prison? your joy at a "rude fuckwit" being killed, tells so much more:)
