bright big eyes
filled with magic
delight
open, trusting
filled
without reserve

you kneel before me
naked
unashamed
emboldened
with a selfless strength
you hand me your throbbing heart
to hold in my protective embrace

and in your eyes
I can swim
releasing all my fears
letting go of tension
setting free my dreams
you take me in
you are my home
