At home, inside - she wears high heels, ankle and wrist cuffs, working collar or slave collar, and earrings. Once a week or so, she spends the day in Kajira chains. At night, she takes off the shoes and I snap her wrists together and to the headboard, and sometimes also her feet to the footboard. I don't usually padlock her restraints to the headboard, I use a harness snap; that's because our morning routine has me waking up and unkooking her from the headboard; then I go back to sleep. She then gets up, uses the bathroom etc, and later reawakens me while kneeling with my coffee.
Everywhere else - she picks out two or three outfits appropriate to the occasion, I choose one.
To scene events - for lectures and such, appropriate outfits for me to pick for her, cuffs & collar, and the scene blanket for her to kneel on. For play parties, heels, earrings, her wrist and ankle cuffs (locked on with connecting chains), sometimes a harness or corset, but nothing else except an overcoat or poncho - and the scene blanketto kneel on and to wrap her in for aftercare.
At parties her hands are always locked together with a foot-long chain between them, in front usually but sometimes in back; and often her ankles are hobbled with a sixteen inch chain. If that slows us down too much I just pick her up and carry her. She likes that :-)
And I carry the toys, because I just feel silly making a 110 pound girl in high heels struggle with a heavy toy bag, while a 200 pound man (me) strolls along beside her carrying nothing.
