I am often quiet and think things through before I speak (or type). I often read the forums and I think an introduction is probably better than being a ghost.
I believe in keeping a healthy mind and body. I am strict and sadistic yet caring in my personal life. I am a little bit old school, yet I embrace the new and I am always open to new experiences.

How does one describe oneself without sounding a little conceited? Oh, well.
I hope I will be able to contribute to the discussions without 'sounding' so robotic. :-)
