Hi....

I though people might be interested in a homemade CBT device I made the other day.......
It's quite simple, but very effective.

You'll need - a finished toilet roll tube, some duct tape, sand paper (optional), 10 -20 drawing pins (or thumb tacks), a stapler and a couple of zip ties.

1. First, put a single layer of duct tape over the toilet roll.
2. Now cut the toilet roll down its length so you are left with a rectangle piece of cardboard.
3. If you are using sandpaper as an optional extra, then cut the sandpaper to match the size of the rectangle and staple to the cardboard side.
4. Take the drawing pins and insert them randomly into the cardboard. Push the tacks in from the tape side of the cardboard, so the points penetrate the sandpaper. I use approx 12 tacks, the number depends largely on your own preference - and desire to cause pain.
5. Place a second layer of tape over the first layer. This is to hold the tacks tightly in place.

And there you have it.....
I'm sure I don't need to spell out the next part, but take the rectangle and wrap it around your (subs) penis - tacks pointing toward the penis of course :-)
Then secure it with a couple of zip ties - I find one at the base and one just below the head secures it in place nicely.

Personally, I get the most pleasure (and pain) out of this when I apply to my flaccid, or semi-erect penis, and pull the zip ties so its nice and snug. But not so tight that the pain is already unbearable - I'd say a 7/10 on the CBT pain scale.

I'll let your own imaginations work out what to do next.
Personally, I like to sit back and watch my favorite movie - and the inevitable happens. It's a fantastic mix of being teased by what I'm watching, but not wanting to get too hard because the pain becomes too intense.

It's almost impossible (for me) to cum in this state. If the device is on tight, it's just too painful to masturbate.
So you have to wait until you become soft again before you can remove the device.

Be careful not to tighten the zip ties too tight on your first go though. Its not easy to get them off (even with scissors)....

I hope people find this useful (and fun).....

scott

Applying zip ties to your penis and using a metal that is not designed to be used on skin, isn't safe.

And trust me when I tell you that the nurses and doctors in the ER take bets on the guys that come with stuff tightly wrapped around the base of their penises.

I actually don't know what the bets would be.
Is it a bet that they're kinky?
Or, something else?

They take bets on how long before they can get the swelling to go down so they can get the device off, if there will be screams, what the excuse will be...etc.

Doctors and nurses tend to do things like that on many occasions. I have seen them make "bets" on everything from how loud a woman in labor will scream to how long it will be before someone's parents show up to scream at a kid that came in with something like crabs. As for the homemade toy....I would suggest a different kind of tube and things being sterile. I can't say anything about the zip ties as I use them often for all sorts of things.

Yeah, but he's talking using them while alone. If you pull them too tight on someone else, you have extra hands and can get a better angle to get it it off. If he pulls it too tight, he only has two hands, three things to hold and a crappy angle to attempt to remove it.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/27/2014 5:28:16 PM)

Makes sense I suppose but I would have suggested something simpler than zip ties just because it would be simpler and could (properly cleaned) be used again. Flexible rubber tube, sterile thumb tacks, same tape, and pipe clamps. You need a screw driver to both tighten and loosen them but it is easier to get off....you just have to tough it out and wait for the swelling to go down.

I would not recommend tacks unless they are stainless steel (300 series) and been sterilized. And you had better had your tetanus shot!

One of my favorite CBT items from the hardware store is a simple roll of electrical tape. Wrap the cock and ball in the electrical tape. It stretches to get good compression. The real fun begins when you take the tape back off. The adhesive on the tape it not enough to damage the skin but it is sticky enough a lot of squirming is going to happen especially around the sensitive areas :)

After every use!

I said sterile tacks but should have pointed out steal, my bad for assuming people would already know, thank you for pointing that out. As for the tape. I would just use compression tape but I wouldn't suggest using it alone either.

Brass tacks would be okay too. Sterile is the key. Steel tacks can rust. Rust and blood can = Tetanous. Well technically any puncture of the skin to lead to tetanus. Rusty metal just provides more areas for the bacteria to hide & grow, even at microscopic levels.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/27/2014 6:15:14 PM)

Yes, it does. I seem to often forget that not everyone is nutty about keeping toys clean as I am.

Coupleator -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/27/2014 6:50:37 PM)

Brass kills bacteria better than steel.

garebear -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 12:38:10 AM)

Innovative posting. Always good to have alternative/imaginative game plan for unexpected moments. This concept is quick and simple; reminder of sterilization by Mummyman and informative 'brass' tidbit by Coupleater contribute to a safety aspect :-) Hmmmm curiosity is getting the best of me!

AthenaSurrenders -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 12:56:47 AM)

Just to remind folks that most thumb tacks you buy at the store are made to look like brass, but are usually a much cheaper metal like steel (not even stainless). As a raw material, brass is significantly more expensive than stainless steel. I'm not certain how that translates to prices in the world of thumb tacks, but I would say if you've found some very cheap, you're probably using inferior crap.

DOMGMR -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 1:17:25 AM)

Jut go to a wood workers or upholsterer supply house and ask for genuine brass tacks or brass or stainless finishing nails.

ChatteParfaitt -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 4:19:02 AM)

Or ask the guy at the dom depot. Hardware guys tend to be *very* knowledgeable. <giggles remembering the last time I went to buy chain>

MariaB -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 5:35:34 AM)

op, do these pins actually pierce the skin?

scottyh -> RE: Homemade CBT device (1/28/2014 6:18:53 PM)

Thanks to all for the advice...
I think in future i will definitely be sterilizing the tacks beforehand.... and will be using something other than zip ties - perhaps a compression bandage :-)

You might want to look into using shibari rope -- silk rope or a similar soft rope. There are quite a few ties you can find in books or on the net, and you seem like someone who might enjoy experimenting and making up your own. You can clean the rope in the sink or the washing machine whenever you want.
