I have a problem with premature ejaculation. Especially when any pressure is placed on my penis such as even just laying on my stomach. Any suggestions on what to do to prolong?

Go do a doctor, laying on your stomach should not produce an orgasm.

To be specific it is when I lay facedown and my stomach is on top of my penis causing pressure and ending in an ejaculation.

I knew someone who went to tantric workshops and practived tantra to deal with his PE. Learning how to relax helped him as well as using his PC muscles. I have heard of men who used 2 condoms successfully to make them less sensitive for intercourse. They do make desensitinsing sprays. Consult a urologist. This may indicate a medical problem.

Orgasm is not the same as premature ejaculation--they are completely distinct!! PE is very common in younger men and most men tend to "outgrow" it with age, experience and confidence. Fortunately, there are a number of treatments available to treat PE--some are easily available over the counter. More recently, SSRI (meds often used to treat depresssion) are now being prescribed to help alleviate PE--consult your urologist!
