you can have joy and happiness, and trust without any deity.

It's not laughable, tbh I find it quite sad that you need a crutch to be happy. People should and are able to find joy and happiness in the world around them without needing something that exists only in one's mind. If religion is the only thing keeping you happy, I'd highly recommend seeing a specialist to find the root of the problem for why you can't be happy without it.

I have my specialist thanks for the advice. Its as much a part of me, as the color or your eyes, the shape of your heart or the condition of your liver. Try changing that? Lol, there really is no debate. On one side there is scientific consensus, on the other there are grown up children throwing a temper tantrum because people won't believe them when they cry wolf.
