If stress is your main trigger, then the visualization is probably going to be your best route. I may be wrong, but I think things like yoga can help there as well. Kalikshama would be way more knowlegeable on that than me. Hopefully, she will pop in and comment. I do know the trick is attacking it early, but if you have some kind of headache all day every day, I'm not sure how you could. If you can feel when your "normal" headache is trying to escalate into a migraine, don't ignore it and hope it will stop on its own. Tried that and it never seems to work. All that happens is that you end up waiting until its severe and harder to deal with.
