Ok, I am hoping that CChat is part of CM as it states, I have contacted support with an issue that my profile is not visible, and that I have checked that I am not in breach of any ToS requirements and I had a reply telling me that support doesn't respond to sarcasm, I don't believe I was being sarcastic, I said I had checked, this is being helpful towards them not hindering them. I work in IT and I know the stupid questions you get asked on a help-desk, and I was being supportive, all I wanted to know was why my profile isn't visible to people. Anyone else had any issues like this? or will this get deleted for being an attack against support, which it is NOT, its a general help me question! Trigger.

I am a forum moderator and have no powers on the profile side, but I do have some access. You were in breach. It appears that you have since fixed your profile. You'll now have to wait for Support to get back to you. See also * If your profile cannot be found, read this first * ps - thanks for posting this in the correct forum :)

I have noticed that people with the "profile not found" problem tend to disappear... Admin Chi, I demand you release these people and make the Collarme Admin transporter technology freely available to the world.

I was, and cleared it within 24 hours of being asked, its rather annoying when you mail someone and they go, "why is your profile hidden" when it isn't by me. I did look through the forums and try to find the right place, and since it was "off topic" of all the sections I thought I'd be lucky, thanks Admin Chi for responding :)
