There are a few people who are members of CollarMe that I have met. Two of those people were beachbum96761 and his wife/submissive EriuSloane. She was the first kinky person (that I was aware of) I had ever met face to face. She was/is friendly, confident and very welcoming to a total newbie, as I was at the time. He could be intimidating on first glance...a big bear of a man who seemed gruff on the exterior. Looks can be deceiving.
Since moving from Maui, I have not kept in touch with them. I had been wrapped up in my own life and didn't really keep in touch with those on Maui. Today I found out that just over three weeks ago beachbum96761 passed away after several weeks of illness. I am stunned. My heart is breaking for EriuSloane.
Who he was as a person belied what one might envision of a man whose proclivities included sadistic endeavours. He was generous and giving. He was tough on the outside and soft on the inside. I did engage in play with him at a couple of different play parties. He was the first one to whip me. I knew he was holding back. My guess is that he didn't want to turn a first time into something that would turn me off of the experience as a whole. I am grateful to him for that. I remember too the first time I met him...he showing me (and others) his collection of toys. I was filled with curiosity and he indulged it. I have several other memories of him. I cannot believe he is gone. He was so strong and sturdy before his illness. I cannot see him in any other way.
I send positive energies and prayers to his wife and family. He was a good man and his loss is felt by many. I feel that the words I have typed here are so inadequate. He was a good man and he is gone too soon.
