I'm not sure that enough people from the Midlands frequent the boards to really help you out. The posters here are from all over the world so most people will just be looking at google, and you'd be in a better position to do that for yourself since you will know which places are within a reasonable distance and suit your needs. You might also look at joining a regional group on fetlife and ask people who are local to you if they know.
On the off-chance that anyone does know, it might be helpful if you let us know whether you were looking at hiring for a personal session, a party, or to work from, since they'll all need different types of place.
P.S. Are there really such things as free-to-hire dungeons? It seems like the cost of maintaining and kitting out such a place would be prohibitive.
