Hmmm yeah, either get out in your local gay leather scene, or look into a gay-pro-dom.

I think that depends a lot on the area, most dom/mes don't include sex, even here in Europe where they legally could, it's just a preference, and the ones who will, I would worry about the risk, then there will possibly major costs involved as he wants it to be a multiple dom session that stretches over hours...
