Greetings!

I would like some suggestions as to things that I could make a sub put inside her hose that would cause discomfort but not extreme pain while walking. She would either be barefoot or wearing slippers. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Allen

How do you propose to not give her sores or wounds in the skin?

You don't get sores or wounds from nettles unless you scratch the infected area. It's an itching, burning sensation which, if too overwhelming, can be soothed quickly with calamine lotion.

Just be sure to experiment on yourself first. You really don't want to make any mistakes that affect feet and gait.

Oh and if she's diabetic or pre-diabetic just don't go there.

I get huge great swellings from nettles or gnat bites and calamine doesn't soothe it one bit.
You shouldn't make such rash suggestions unless you know the person is Ok with it. Seriously.
Someone with an acute allergy to nettle stings is likely to end up in hospital.

Have you ever taken a strap to the bottoms of her feet?...Work them over good then just go for a walk.

A suggestion was just what it was. As with everything, you make sure the person is ok with it & you take precautions. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know this.

A penny. Believe it or not those things can get very annoying.
