I am trying to add a new primary photo to my profile, but no matter how many times I delete the old primary and add new ones, the old primary photo keeps showing.
Is the site currently having technical problems?

Hey wait a minute, the avatar under my username is showing a test photo. Is it showing the new photo to others and not to me?

No, when you do that go way way way way way down and apply, and then wait, cuz it takes some time to propagate that across the servers, to all your posts and so on.
