Before you first made your profile, there was a little thing you clicked to state that you agreed to the site's policies and rules.

I don't know what you did that broke your agreement, but I imagine that (aside from hiding profiles which are in violation) the volunteer support staff have enough to keep them busy with those who keep their agreements, to spend much time on those who chose not to .
