Status: offline 		I learned that I like 3 in the morning. There's something about 3AM. It's peaceful, quiet, people are asleep and you can feel the dawn approaching, like a big day beginning or something. A perfect time to just take a walk or a long drive.

The devastation from both of those hurricanes is horrific...  I live where Rita hit hard...coming back after the storm....was in one word......humbling.  It will be years and years in rebuilding the gulf coast.

Status: offline 		Today I learned that when they say to put three inches between the oatmeal lace cookies on the baking sheet, they really mean three inches or you'll end up with one big cookie, rather than twelve separate ones.  Ooops!
