Yours or someone else's? If it's someone else's, they'll probably be fine. If you're one of those who faints at the sight of blood, do nothing. It will all be cleaned up after you regain consciousness. If it's yours, gee, I dunno, uh, stop what you're doing and see a doctor? Unless it's spurting out of an artery, then you should apply pressure directly to the wound and call 911. If you're eating a steak, send it back to the kitchen for further cooking. some blood when first doing sounds is not unusual but it does mean time to stop for now. try to urinate as your urine will help stop the bleeding and is sterile to you. if the bleeding continues seek medical aid. when using sounds use lube, a easy way to apply the lube is with a medication administration syringe you can get from the drugstore,e the tip is a small plastic tube that fits in the opening. to fill remove plunger and squeeze in the water soluble lube replace plunger. apply directly into the urethra and press the plunger the lube will be drawn down with the sounds as the peristalsis wave moves down the shaft.

You should stop and sew their urethra back together. Seriously... how much blood? I mean, I often see a trickle of blood when I fuck. A few drops of blood means you tore something a little bit. A little blood at first is common. However, very red blood that alarms you, needs medical attention immediately.

Now that I've stopped cringing at the thought, can someone explain to me what pleasure they get from sounding? Granted, this will never be one of my kinks because I had to have a catheter inserted twice in the month following major surgery. But I am trying to be open minded enough to understand.

Whatever you do, don't masturbate(they never listen to that) allergies can form by getting foreign substances into your bloodstream... and since I'm guessing you don't want to be allergic to yourself.... drink a lot of fluids, don't aggravate it for a while. The urethra is easily abraded it also heals quickly as long as bacteria doesn't get in and cause a uti... which is still not a big deal unless it doesn't get better on its own.
