ORIGINAL: ThePrincessKali FieryOpal you read tarot? I do as well : ) although I haven't see a deck w Ancient Egyptian Gods. May I ask which deck this is? I'm very interested to look into it as I've been wanting a new deck. It's been a long while since I dabbled with Tarot card readings, and this is from the popular (classic) Rider-Waite deck. It's been said that you are not supposed to buy a Tarot deck for yourself; it should be gifted from someone special or close to you. I had a friend who gave me three different kinds of decks which were pretty cool in terms of symbolism and imagery. One was based on Egyptian mythology, one was a Native American animal spirit guide & elemental version. The best divination card deck I had consulted in the past was an astrological (not Tarot, I think it was called Karma Cards) deck which gave tri-part readings, where you selected 3 combinations of cards to read out 3 levels of messages. Not only was it great for beginners (not a lot of deciphering to do or memorization required), but it had multi-layered meanings for more advanced readers.
