For my 2 cents, my experience with very young woman who want to be a slave is a huge red flag. I have had 2 women in their early 20's get quite assertive that they be accepted as a total submissive and there was something that wasn't quite right with them (the irony of being assertive in wanting to be dominated is not lost on me!). I would argue that this is just a bit too young to identify this as what they want. This would be a strong indicator of mental health issues at play (I have 25 years of experience in the field as a professional) that will blow up on you at some point.

Wait a minute. "She can learn more of the deeper training which we have to alter when we deal with older sub/slave above 40 yrs hard on knees but not ass and so on." To imply that any sub/slave is incapable of learning so-called deeper training after forty years of age is BS.

My thought is this either u safely teach her about the lifestyle which not really has to do with what color a owner is but if that is just the excitement of this young sweetie then just give her intro into lifestyle until u can find another to enjoy or welcome a pre trained subbie, if I cant find a decent dom for a young one then I would indeed take her My self until one comes along nothing says u have to do much with her other then guide her, teach her, show her the enjoyment
