Is there a way to make a slavery contract that would be legal and force me not to get out of my slavery status ? I mean a contract that forces me not to change my mind and put me under full control of my Mistress/Owner ? Please advise !!

If I understand you correctly, you want a legally enforcable contract, involving an illegal act... The whole issue of legal slavery was sorted out a while back... You must have heard about, it was in all the papers. But you might consider a marriage licence, that's very similar.

Maybe if it was actually done as some kind of an employment contract? I mean.... Don't musicians and athletes have clauses in their contracts saying they can't go work for a competing record label or another team until their contract is up? [sm=confused.gif]

No. A legal slavery contract would be only legal if slavery was legal. Lats time i checked , slavery is not legal so any slavery contract is not legal and if you try to somehow trying to make it legal it will possible draw legal eyes. There's no way making it legal.

Not as long as you use the wording slave, Owner, Master, Mistress etc. But there's no laws against voluntary servitude. So word the contract appropriately

Let me ask you two questions, why do you want this contract? I see no reason the two of you could not draw up a contract between the two of you which lays out the agreed terms. It will never hold up in court, but if this is what you want, why would you need to be held to it legally?

In order for a contract to be legally binding, each party must receive some kind of benefit (consideration) in the contract. A one-sided contract would not hold up. It's obvious what the slave gives. What does the slave receive, that could be contractually written?

If I am am understanding what the OP intends with this contract, and please correct me if I am mistaken, but he seems to be looking for a contract which he can not, at a later date, change his mind and chose to end said contract. One of the basic tenants of contract law is, it must be a mutually consensual agreement between both parties (you can hold a gun to someone's head and make them sign a piece of paper, but the contract is null and void if they can prove they were coerced) and unfortunately, along the lines of that mutually consensual idea is, any contract can be canceled, somehow. Any contract which claims to have provisions in it which make it 'uncancelable' would never be considered legally enforceable. Of course you can specify the method of cancellation...so that is something there. But basically speaking there is no way to make a contract which is legally binding which can't be withdrawn from assuming conditions set out are met. So no, I know I am long winded about coming to the point, but you simply can not make a LEGALLY BINDING, contract where your choice to withdraw from it is completely taken from you. No matter what wording you choose to use.

That all begins and ends with you, not some piece of paper. Contracts are violated all the time, so having a contract does not prevent breaching the contract. All it does is establish a legal remedy for the situation. Contracts like the one you want are based on an illegal activity and are unenforceable in a court of law as it is anyway. A drug dealer and a customer cannot enter into a contract where illegal drugs are exchanged for money and expect to be able to legally sue if the contract is breached because in my country...drug sales are illegal. You choose to stay in it or you choose to leave. She can't seek legal remedy against you regardless. So it begins and ends with you. A piece of paper doesn't make a slave.

When I was your age, slaves did all the work themselves, and they hadda walk five miles uphill every way to do it, too.
