As a first step towards my come back. I have updated my profile. Hope to meet real & genuine people.

Just a note. Read your new profile and it is somewhat contradictory since you mention wanting to meet a Domme life partner, but you say seeking everything from men, to trans to poly household.

It's up to you what you put in your profile but I find that confusing.

Good luck!

After you've watched a few of them, you realise that many people online pretend to be something they're not, even with romantic partners, for many years. Unfortunately, your story suggests the same.

You beat me to it.

That show is one of my guilty pleasures.

Ahhhhhh...the joys of being love. How sweet.

Well thats the problem. If it was a simple F/m online relationship, It would have got over long time ago, but LOVE is something which makes you really addicted to people. That is when heart takes precedence over head. I just wish if she understood how much I liked her :-(

In my experience, nothing is real until you meet in person. You can exchange wonderful emails, have great chats, even talk on the phone, but that doesn't mean you'll have chemistry or attraction face to face. Staying online too long is worse than spinning your wheels -- you have to fill in so many of the gaps that you're creating a fictitious persona.

Personally, if someone doesn't want to meet within a week or two of exchanging emails, I write them off.
