It all points to something wrong in your digestive system.

Does this follow eating a specific kind of food (dairy, wheat, too acid, etc.?)

Does this occur a specific time of day?

Does this happen when you're under stress?

Agreed. Ginger tea may help, also peppermint.I also recommend you stay hydrated. Your stomach sounds highly acidic for some reason and you don't want to get ulcers. Or worse, gastroenteritis. Include cabbage into your diet also and see if that helps. Gas-X or pepto might as well.

It's kind of random food wise, Usually at night. Though heartburn is all hours of the day. I can wake up with it. No. I'd say I feel fairly calm and cool.

Go see a gastroenterologist. It could be any number of things from acid reflux to gallstones to ulcers.

Searchingformysir, every time I try to ask my doctor about looking into heartburn further , even asking about test to find out why I have heartburn she only will say take your heartburn medication , if the dose is not working we will raise it. I think you have to have a referral to a gastroenterologist I do not think she would make the referral , maybe she would but when I told her the heartburn nausea and indigestion was ,constant she said it was due to my lifestyle , that I was probably over eating or eating too much fatty food or eating too late . However that is not always true , the indigestion can come on whether I have eaten or not , same with the searing heartburn .

I will ask her .

If you generally eat a high fat diet, then it is due to that. You have accustomed your digestive tract to this and so it responds in this way. Lower fat, eat six small meals of 300 - 400 calories each instead of three big meals. More fiber, whole wheat instead of white, sweet potatoes instead of white, brown rice instead of white. Add broth based soups to your diet to add liquid and slow down eating in order to feel full faster.

But if you won't fix the obvious wrong things, it's going to be impossible to know what is coming from your diet and what might be something else. Demanding the doctor fix things when you refuse to comply with necessary changes is a waste of her time.

"I eat like shit and have trashed my body, but my doctor who had been to upteen years of school and continuing education is TOTES WRONG, and has no idea what they are talking about. I refuse to make any lifestyle changes, or apparently even take my prescribed medication, but I want my doctor to pull a magic fairy wand out of her ass and wave it around and fix everything."

Have you tried a low acid diet? No carbonation, caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, tomatoes, pineapple, citrus? Those were part of the rules I had to do with my heartburn meds (Prilosec).

Ask for the referral. The worst that can happen is she says no, but follow her instructions and take your meds as prescribed.

Yes. But not on purpose, most that stuff I just either don't like, or just never eat it because nobody buys it. With the exception of cafine, I do have iced coffee ocasionally. And chocolate, very rarely. Tomato, I know for a fact triggers it, because on the rare times I eat marinara sauce, or anything like slumgolian( a miss match of meat and veggie and tomato) if I haven't taken my hb pill, I get wicked burning. I take prescribed strength priolosect. I do remember when I was around 16, I had to be put on prescription hb pills for a long time.

So acid, and I bet you snack or eat in or near bed. That is a no go.
