Would like to attend a munch in my area (Albany, Brattleboro), but have no idea on how to find one. Help is appreciated in this regard. As to "Why bother..." - Feeling pretty fucked over by relationships. Tired of dealing with vanilla who act like their shit don't stink and that somehow I am to be tolerated. Fuck that. I am worth being cherished (tolerated, my ass)... So I'm hoping meeting folks at a munch will help to cahnge that. So, help is sought to fine a munch in my area... Thanks, Julian

And you are worth being cherished, because....? Straight up - one big reason I don't have anything to do with munches anymore is because of the high percentage of folks I wasn't even willing to tolerate after a while.

If everyone you've ever dated tolerates you, then you are subconsciously picking people to do this. The only constant in all your relationships is you. To change this, to fix your broken people picker, and to become someone worth cherishing requires a great deal of self work.

To be clear the difference I seek is a like minded crowd - one that doesn't see kink as something to be tolerated. I never said that everyone I ever dated tolerates me- you said that - I said I was sick of just being tolerated. A recent thing. So I appreciate the advise, but it doesn't apply. ;) And yes, I have made changes to my people picker in light of recent relationship decisions.
