I see nowhere where the Domme was horribly at fault. The sub took responsability onto himself when he declined to inform that the bondage was too tight or that he was still dizzy. Also, if being left alone like that is what the sub requested so they can feel better, I consider that appropriate aftercare. Personally, I think the OP should research why the light headedness happened and try the scene again. Nothing is quite as bad for a sub as finding out that because they "couldn't handle it" afterwards that they will never get that kind of play again. Talk with the sub and find out what the dizziness was like and possibly have then talk about it to their general medical practitioner.

Thank you shadevar. I'm still trying to figure out why anyone thought it was my fault. If he just failed to mention it on his own, I could understand. But I specifically asked and he deliberately lied in his response. Also, I briefly argued with him when he wanted to be alone because I didn't think he should be. During our last session, the cuffs were way too tight and he never said anything till I took them off and saw his wrists. He always insisted that I tie him extremely tight and if I didn't he would escape his bonds and tell me I needed to work on my bondage skills.........grrr.........lol

What you did except for the head part was what we used to do to people in certain shock states. You force all the blood to the central core of the body to save the vital organs. As a nurse we had to unwrap this person one limb at a time, check BP and continue. Doing it all at once and letting the person stand up immediately makes them drop their blood pressure. The head part may have been too much also. Wrapping securely and tightly are very different. Unwrap the head first then unwarp the body slowly then let him/her lie down a few then slowly sit up then if they are ok slowly stand up.

There is one very simple reason that can explain the dizzyness and lightheadidness. That is dehydration (not enought fluid). It has very little to do with the headwrapping it self. It's very important to be very well hydraded before mummification, specially if it's a long session. How long was he mummified and how hot was the room?. Was his face red when you unwrapped him? If you stay for a long time in a hot water (e.g. hot tub) it's not uncommon to experience lightheadiness and dizzyness when you get out of the hot tub (stand up).

I suppose he could have been dehydrated, but I poked holes in the wrap and tortured him with ice to keep him from sweating very much.

Defiant, what kind of aftercare was provided after the scene? Some gatorade and a blanket to cuddle under would be the 1st things that would come to my mind.

In my experience, too tight head wrapping gets very uncomfortable and even painful in a bad way after very short time with very localized pain where the wrapping is too tight.

I have to wonder if it had anything to do with the mumifacation at all. After I scene especially if it has been intense I tend to feel light headed and dizzy...kinda like I am drunk. This can last anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days. For me it is about the high of the endorphine rush and coming down off of it. aurora
