Maybe it's just the low image quality, but the shaft looks to be crudely welded on and therefore a custom job. I don't think you'll find that specific model in a store.

What Roxie said, I think you would need to have that custom made. It would probably be rather pricey as well and you'd need to have measurements/a mold made to it could adequately fit to size.
