you really need to expand your horizons and read whats out there that is lessss..... ridiculous.

Your ad hominem attacks are easily matched

Barack Obama is a lazy, clueless pile of shit who golfs while ISIS carves up innocent civilians right under his nose, and Hillary is a power mad bitch bent on getting rich on the back of the taxpayer

You really should pick your heroes a lot more carefully

And the purpose of that dribble .......is to what?.....
I ask because it really is not making any impression beyond your opposite opinion to mine.
have a nice day.

Debate based on ad hominems and other such fallacies are ignoble and detract from the conversation

It is better to try to focus on things like policy, ideology and ideas

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 7:53:37 AM)

Well, you are clueless policy wise, your ideology is ignorant, and your ideas are fallacies, your ad hominems constant and inept.

Then what do we do, but laugh at you?

CreativeDominant -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 9:01:51 AM)

"Mrs. Clinton is not the first government official — or first secretary of state — to use a personal email account on which to conduct official business. But her exclusive use of her private email, for all of her work, appears unusual..."
http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/03/03/us/politics/hillary-clintons-use-of-private-email-at-state-department-raises-flags.html?referrer=&_r=0

But according to the National Archives and Records Administration, there was a regulation in place governing Clinton's use of personal email for official business while she was secretary of state. And it seems she did not fully abide by this. http://m.motherjones.com/politics/2015/03/hillary-clinton-state-department-emails

The State Department has had to rely upon Clinton and her aides to ensure it now has a complete record of her emails. Last October, the department asked secretaries of state going back to Madeleine Albright if any possessed material that should be within the agency's records system. Within weeks, Clinton handed in those 55,000 pages of email. Her team cites this as an act of transparency on her part. But one need not be a conspiracy theorist to note that there's no telling if she and her aides hung on to certain emails they did not want to share. In law enforcement parlance, the chain of custody has been tainted.
http://m.motherjones.com/politics/2015/03/hillary-clinton-state-department-emails

A senior State Department official tells ABC News that under rules in place while Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state, employees could only use private email accounts for official business if they turn those emails over to be entered into government computers. This policy is still in place.

Sanity -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 9:10:51 AM)

One neednt be right wing conspiracy theorist to recognize that the only real reason this particular member of the most transparent administration ever had for deliberately violating federal law in this manner was to hide something, or some things

Isnt she the same person who screeched about the illegality of someone in the Bush administration using personal email accounts

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 9:12:50 AM)

Oh, so we know since we do not have Cheneys emails, nor Ws, and there was a private meeting with Cheney and corporations, they are hiding something to this day, nor do we have Issas emails, or Gowdys, nor any of the other rightwing Nazi shiteaters.

As we said all along, and you have proven, they are hiding something.

Oh, you expect that kind of thing from Darth Cheney. But this is the most transparent administration ever, remember? Hope and Change, and all of that.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 9:27:32 AM)

Yes, we know that there is no hope and change or transparency with the rightwing Nazi shiteaters. So, good to go with that. They offer death and destruction.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 11:38:50 AM)

if they are there, they are registered. If they are registered they are not hidden.

Proof Otter Proof. Who offered Death to Whom? Who is gong to destroy what? Who is a Nazi? How do you know they are shiteaters? What is the motivation? If you have proof of the death and destruction why isn't it being prosecuted by those leaning toward the left? Proof Man Proof

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 12:18:23 PM)

Same proofs required of you, and you do not indulge. Seems pointless for me.

You say this with absolutely no scintilla of proof:
Seems Hillary may have done a couple things here
1 - Violated rules on use of personal e-mail addresses for official business
2 - Release of classified documents to an unclassified source (not whistleblowing)

seems we have no proof of this, rather rightwing Nazi shiteating. Russia Today is as close as you can come to anything, but nobody is here with motivation, nobody has prosecuted her in a court of law, and so on and so forth.

We can see though, that Obamacare has been repealed some 55 times. So, thats kinda fun, it is pretty incontestable prima facie proof of my view.

Otter, I said may. The operative word here. Didn't say she did just that it is a possibility. Or are you thinking that a possibility is stating with proof?

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 12:50:47 PM)

More information

http://news.yahoo.com/hillary-clinton-email-state-department-couldnt-131600127.html

Seems that Hillary may have sent e-mails of the nature of official business to people outside the government without turning over copies.

It also makes me wonder why State won't turn over copies of everything unless it is possibly classified information which would then be another issues of classified information on an unclassified server.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 1:12:47 PM)

Well, all hallucination and fantasy, no proof. So, my speculations are as valid as any.

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 1:19:02 PM)

Come on Otter When you say things like They offer death and destruction and not say it is opinion (belief, seems like, etc), I can only assume that you are stating it as fact. What I want to know is if that is the case, why havn't you turned over your proof the the Administration for prosecution. I would support it.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/6/2015 1:37:01 PM)

Hey, you guys are all about opinion here, the whole fucking thing, not one coherent causal fact. Let up on the stupid-gas pedal.
