I am okay between 5inch to 8inch. Any shorter or longer, might be a problem.

I mean, a 3 inch to 4 inch penis could be thick and fat, and maybe that could work too. I like chubby penises, as much as I love my overweight men. +1 to that. Of course, it also comes down to how you measure it. There's measuring, and then there is measuring. Whatever the heck that means. The directions I found for measuring on one device site (leaving tumescence out of the picture - they're talking one state, we're talking another) is going to give the lowest measurement while if you just get out a ruler and start measuring, you'll probably get a number that is somewhat higher. And if I put on my guy goggles to see better, I'll get a better number yet. Ladies.

Girth is a no-brainer. Gotta have more than 4.5 in circumference, thicker than what you can wrap your fingers around. Thinner than that and a standard-sized cock ring or cock leash will not be tight enough.
