It's actually in the song, if you listen to it. She says "You know you can say it backwards, which is dociousaliexpiiciousfragilecalirupus, but that's going a bit too far, don't you think" and then he says "Indubitably." So she doesn't say it quite backwards letter by letter. More "word" by "word" and then reverses only the first word.
The only reason I know this is because I auditioned for a play when I was younger and I sang this song in my audition. So I learned it the way it was sung in the song, which is not quite perfect. But still a good party trick.
I've done that song on Disney dance dance revolution about a million times and somehow completely missed that I'll listen to it again thanks(I was in a ton of plays when I was little too... though I was always cast as the villian)

A couple years ago I wrote a script that told me if I wanted a sandwich... it was wrong though, I always want a sandwich(simply probability script when I was trying to learn c... the guy who was teaching me actually made his money in some stock market prediction software)
