any one try cold soda as enema? its make any health problem?

If it's plain soda water, probably not. Regular coke, probably will upset the bacterial balance in your colon although that should reset after a week or two. You'll get a lot of cramping from the carbonation.

Cold just means it will cramp even worse : p

If you go back a few decades, iced tea enemas (with no sugar) were a treatment for fever and diarrhea. The astringent action of the tea reduced the diarrhea and fluid loss and the cold temperature rapidly dropped the body temperature. 1950s era procedure when the antipyretic drugs were not sufficient.

The risk with a cold enema is rapidly dropping the core temperature of the body. When the shivering starts; time to stop.

Iced saline enemas are one of the treatment options for heat stroke, BTW.

When using ice cold temperatures there's always the risk of triggering the vagus nerve causing issues, which one should be aware of although really I don't think it's a big issue in healthy people (most stories I've read of it involve people using ice during drug overdoses).
