So yeah,

I am just wondering what the issue is with so many profiles pictures being blank in the CollarSpace listing, they show up in full view but in the listing nothing. Mine included. Is there a reason for this? My pictures belong to me, and I am sure the pictures of others belong to them (well some of them I wonder...), but any way whats the deal? How can we fix this? Making a new profile doesnt fix it, reuploading my pictures doesnt fix it, deleting & remaking my profile doesnt fix it, so what can be done to fix this?

Please hear me out. I would rarely say not to contact Support, but I am now. (RockaRolla, you said the right thing and typically that would be the answer, so thank you for that!)

I am not a tech expert, though I have a good understanding of what is going on and what is being done about it.

This is a known issue that has support flooded with complaints and questions. They do not need more mail on this as it is bogging down staff in support and they have other matters that they tend to on a daily basis that keeps them working very serious matters.

We are most likely less happy about this than any other person or persons combined. Seriously. I know people will say many things and some may tell us how to fix it and what to do, but without being here and knowing what is going on, you can only assume that you know what the problem is and how it could be taken care of.

YOUR PICTURES HAVE NOT BEEN STOLEN.

The site and staff are diligently working on this. Please be patient.

This may be true ET, but the appeals process is killer.

It will be faster to just let those caught in this very hot place, do what they do.

Its all good I just thought because this seams to be a big issues with a lot of profiles that posting here might get a quicker reply then bothering Support with it. I have in the past reported it with no answer, that is why I posted about it here. I didnt think anyone stole my pictures lol. So its good to know that its being worked on. Thank you very much for the reply!
