In terms of them having a contact Email address and/or a website, does anyone know of a good and affordable English speaking corset maker in their country, who specialises in full corsets for big-busted women, with a small waist, as they all charge quite a lot in my country for a custom made corset, like $400+ for the usual corset.

I think it's highly unlikely that you're going to find a custom corset maker who produces a quality product for less than $400.

There used to be one who lived at Manly (Brisbane) went by the name of John Hewson. He worked from home and his work was very good. If you can find him in the phone book, he may be able to help you. If not, there is one in Noosa and I will see if I can find there name and contact details.

Hand made corsets are hugely expensive, because they are custom fitted TO you, It takes a lot of time and fabric, Have a look at lucyscorsetry.com, she reviews and has tons of advice for custom corsets. Ms Marthas Corsets is one of my favourite is good for plus sized ladies, As well it depends on your measurements I presume you are looking for an overbust corset, I am gonna get my links together n post some more that might be able to help. I only sell off the rack corsets, but there are many great corsetieres out there. pricing tho isnt my forte on them.

I don't want to name names, but there's a corset maker here on CS that is in, I believe, phoenix. So I suggest you run a search right here for the profile with 'corset' in the moniker.

I use to make custom corsets -highest price I never charged was $200.00 for a steel boned leather corset. I am currently not working due to health. Another option would be to buy one from somewhere like Aliexpress (search plus size steel boned corsets) - check the weight of item in description (some sellers say steel boned but they aren't).

Two Fairies and a Dwarf makes custom pieces in leather VERY reasonably. Depending on what you want, less than $100, expert craftsmanship, all handmade, and they won't duplicate it if you request that of them. Anything from simple to fantasy. Tell them Mer sent you, it'll be cheaper and they will put extra care into it. ;)

I met with a corset maker who told me that it takes 20 hours to make a corset. I was in Phoenix at the time so it's likely it was the person mentioned earlier in this thread. If you try to go low on price, you are likely to get something in which a lot of shortcuts in construction were taken and feels more costume than corset. If corsets are an important part of what you do and who you are, I would recommend saving for something authentic rather than something made from old Burger King crowns.
