Today is the first of the month and so far I am doing okay. Got a few crocheting projects going, getting stoned on Diet Dew and hunting for bargains. I also sold a few roleplaying books and fixin' to put some size 22 jeans on the auction block since they are basically new and I can't fit into them

Mom saw the doctor today about her ankle. She has some traces of arthritis in it so the doctor wants her to try out an anti-inflammatory and a rub on cream when it really starts hurting here.

Get one bill paid off and another one comes in the mail. Luckily it is less than $10 so I can swing a check on it and mail it off tomorrow.

I got my room reserved for Ikkicon in Austin at the end of the year. Just waiting for the volunteer coordinator to get back in touch with me (she is busy in Alaska on a bike trip in August).

Weather...Hot!!! 3 months of rain followed by a month of humidity. It is 88F outside right not and when I step outside, I start sweating.

Meanwhile, down at the ranch...I have been socializing some kittens so they won't be so people shy. 4 calicos (2 white, 2 black) and 1 orange tabby. Still have not sexed them yet (I personally think the tabby is a male).

Back to the crocheting hooks...and to cooling down (had to defrost a freezer today...not fun).

Mostly just waiting for the month to go by. The start of August marks the 1 year anniversary with my man, the month after that I get my review and hopefully a raise at work. But there are quite a few birthday celebrations to be had (niece and two brothers.)

Finally got around to getting new shoes for work and my ankle/foot problems have all but vanished.

As some of you know- we just reopened out business after a rebuild of our building. and business is booming.

Its been insane. IN.SANE.
I'm basically just tired all the time.
I'm back to pottery class.
I'm hopefully going to find myself working out again soon, maybe swimming. But really we haven't had a moment to catch our breath since we reopened. I'm looking forward to some time off in August.

Finally settling back in after traveling for a work contract.

Hi all, Ive been so busy I havent been able to get on here or FL to talk and catch up. Thats a good thing for me, but I do miss being able to relax lol.
Hmmm, July...Hubby and I just celebrated our 17th anniversary. He hasnt killed me yet and I havent poisoned him so I think thats worth going to a nice dinner,lol.
His Bday and our poly anniversary is coming up so I will be throwing something together. Our Newest member has been here for six months so far. (Which is remarkable for us, we are so picky about things)
We are about to get a new house, which I am in love with (wrap around porch with a swing!!). We have moved back from Arkansas to Memphis. I am so happy about that.

I think thats all going on so far. Hopefully I can come back soon and chat it up.

Hello, ladies.
I have missed many of you so I just had to come back.
Whats going on?
The live in went to jail (because he is stupid) and he is going to get so whipped when he gets out (tomorrow)
My son moved out for school, has a new job, and is doing well.
My sweet southern sub is doing well. Though to be honest he has been kind of boring me lately.
I have a new play toy that isn't really sure what he is. He follows orders, has met the live in, and the son, but he is a bit of brat.
And I find him very entertaining for some reason that I can't really explain.
I still can't walk worth a damn but it doesn't slow me down much.
I spent a lot of last month in the hospital for renal failure but am back on board and floating pretty well again.

I hope everyone is doing wonderfully in their lives.
