"Profile was Not Found" Error

I am communicating with a Domme and every time we chat, things are fine, but when I go to view her profile, it just says: "Profile was Not Found" in red letters at the top. She doesn't have her profile set to private, so she says. What could this be?

When that happens, it is not an error. She can contact Support.
