I'm new too the subb slave cat. and was wondering what do you all call you're slaves when you first meet and greet and what do you call them once you are their master.what would you call a subb/slave

Agreed. I call them by their name when I meet them, given or chosen.

I call them by whatever name I want (usually affectionate nicknames) when I own them.

When I meet them, I call them by their name. Just as they call me by mine.

When I own them, it's their name, affectionate nicknames, and dirty nicknames, as the situation and mood call for. "Mine" is always a favorite.

When we met we both used first names. Now he sometimes uses my name and sometimes calls me baby.

They aren't slaves when you meet them, you aren't a master either. You're simply strangers seeing if you enjoy each others company at that point. Offer your first name, ask them theirs.

To answer in reverse;
If in a formal situation, I will generally be respectful (Sir/Ma'am/Miss); this is how I was raised.
In an informal situation, I will use whatever name is offered, be it an online handle, first name or nickname.
Those who I openly show my respect/deference to, have often been given a title (Jarl/Centurion/Maitre).

Methinks you all missed the point, silly you's.

A salve is a medical ointment used to soothe the surface of the body.
A dressing is a sterile pad or compress applied to a wound to promote healing and/or prevent further harm.

Clearly, to dress a salve, you slap some ointment onto the skin, and then apply a sterile pad until healing has begun.

For me it's "master" or "Sir". He doesn't want me to pepper my sentences with those words, the idea is not to re-enact "Full Metal Jacket" but a certain level of formality is required.
Actually I once managed to just steer clear of a serious punishment because I was talking too familiar! "Hey, master!" is okay when I'm in his good graces, nudging him in the ribs at the same time is certainly not.

He usually does not call me by my name, do this do that etc., when he says, "Danny come here" that means that I'm about to have fun. Or "Dannyboy" or just "boy" as in "On your knees boy!" When he says "Daniel" that means I'm in trouble.
