Maybe you could explain the tangible harm that anyone or the government as a whole has suffered. This strikes me as a TORT without damages.

You are supposed to be a lawyer and you don't know that just by having top secret material in her possesion when she does not hold a position that gives her the need to have it is in and of it's self a felony? Do you mean to tell us that you don't know that sending classified information to people who don't have the clearances is a felony? Do you mean to tell us that you don't know giving the computer with the data on it to her lawyer is a felony? Do you mean to tell us that you don't know that getting none cleared people "clean" her computer is a felony? No I don't know exactly what damage has been done, we may not know for years, that is why what she did is a felony now, not later on when we find out who the information made it's way to due to her disregard of national security. I worked at NSA in the 70's, if I had done what she did I would still be in Leavenworth.

As a voter I tend to think more: no harm, no foul. The first time I've seen felony attached to Hillary Clinton about this is in your posting. When you figure out what the harms are, let us all know.

You as an alleged lawyer must know that sharing that information with people who are uncleared is a felony. You as an alleged intelligent person would have to see that this damages national security. Even an m.p in the air farce should know that the sec of state would have both the clearance and the need to know anything that was on the server.
