Ok, really quick, and then I have to go back to pretending to be engrossed in my studies.
Last night my mother called and went off, as she often does, on some tangent about her mischievous cats. I of course politely supplied the customary "you're kidding" and "mhmms" in steady rhythm. Meanwhile, this was going on in my head.
A guy walks into the room and hands his girl a wrapped gift. The girl opens it excitedly and then looks to him in confusion.
Guy: It's a bell. For the next 24 hours if you ring it, I will have to do anything you ask of me.
Girl: Ooh... I could think of a few things I'd like to see you do.
Guy: Oh yeah, like what?
Girl grins and rings the bell: Tonight you can be my little kitty.
Guy a little taken aback: Um, ok, what do you want me to do?
Girl: What do YOU think I want my little kitty to do?
Guy thinks for a minute: Get my dinner bitch!
Girl: Excuse me?!
Guy: And while you're at it, clean up the shit I left in your closet - I need to go again.
Anyway, the moral of the story is, cat stories are best shared with other cat lovers.
