Aove average in size... uncut cock. Unsure if this device is fitting as it should.Had the original ring that came with it, but I ordered another one because it turned his balls/penis purple. the ring size is the most important consideration. Too loose the balls slip out, too tight and the pain gets too much and ball sack swells for fludid accumulation. My suggestion is to measure around the cock/balls and determine if the proper starting size is 1.5, 1.75 or 2.0 inches is where to begin. my preference is the steel cage with a ring is snug with the balls and penis pulled through.

You can also find a small chain and secure with anothe rlock to keep the head of the cock secure... or you can also chain the balls and back to the ring. It could take a few attempts to get the fit correct.. but it will not come off no matter how big the ring is.
