I have a CB6000. My Señora wants me to wear it maybe 50% of the time but I have found that there are problems with this.

1. If i wear it all night I find I can't sleep, my nocturnal erections seem extra strong and long lasting. In the morning my penis is totally numb. it will have turned white from lack of circulation. After I take the device off I have no feeling for a period of time until the blood comes back.

2. during the day I find it is very uncomfortable to ride my motorcycle and do physical activity, basket ball, dance, squats in the gym...

Does any body have solutions to some of these impracticalities?

Simply tell her it's not practical to do that and you won't do it.

Thanks for the reply, and yes your right freedomdwarf1. She respects the that I don't want to wear it but I like the idea of wearing it for her and so I am looking for a practical way to do it. I was thinking maybe a silicone device in the day time. Would it offer more flexibility to do sports and such? And, maybe a larger cage for at night, something that allows some of the nocturnal erection but still does not allow me to touch my self.

Any thoughts?

doctor here. its counterintuitive, but a larger cage is actually a bad idea. it will allow more room for expansion, causing more pain. for erections, once the cat is out of the bag, it only gets worse from there. This is because once blood gets into the corpus cavernosa, it gets trapped there for the erection. bigger cage means more filling of the cavernosa. more filling, more rigid erection. more rigid, more pain.

haidara thanks for the replay.

I have an update. I purchased 2 new devices. A steel device that i got on dhgate and the holy trainer.

Right away she had me use the steel device all night. It seemed to fit perfect, the cage was a little bigger and the ring is about perfect. I could get a little erect but not much, just enough to not end up with my balls pushed forward and have my erection be coming out from behind the device if you know what I mean. I am not sure how to describe it but when the cage is too small the blood still flows but just builds up behind the cage and pushes it and my balls forward. This cage did not produce that effect.

During the day I used the holy trainer, I would use the steel device but its visible under clothes, the first time I wore the holy trainer tight but i managed to keep it on all day. The second time was right after having worn the steel device all night. I changed into the holy trainer but after about 2 hours the pain behind my balls was so bad that i had to rush home from work and take it off. The ring is too tight. I have the largest ring size they offer but the presser on the back of my balls starts to kill me after a long period of time.

After the painful even I started reading about how this can actually cause damage such as produce a varicocele among other issues that may result from a loss of blood flow due to the ring.

I am almost ready to give up for 2 reasons really:

1. I am not willing to risk hurting my self. after feeling the pain and then reading about the dangers has frightened me.

2. It hard to conceal these things under clothes, I bike, lift weights, dance salsa, soccer and other such activities. You can't wear jeans all the time. sweats and similar style pants don't conceal enough

Haidara, what would you say about the restriction of the blood for long periods of time due to the cock ring? How much danger is there in wearing a device like this?
