You are, once again, operating under the wrong assumption that by hovering you can read the entire message.
Unless the message is more than a few lines, you can't.

And you are also wrongly thinking that just because someone can hover over a message that they do, or that they read more than the first couple of words.

@Op Why do you continue to argue with the people who have explained, in great detail, how things work? Nothing will change simply because you don't like how the website is run on the other side. You were told who to contact, but rather than doing so, you continue to debate the issue.

All you've managed to accomplish is make yourself look foolish. When people look at your message posts, what they see will tell them you are anything but an "Alpha".

I dont want to get too involved in this since all I have is hearsay, however I was told there was a falling out and one of them controlled (note: I did not say 'own' since that is not necessary), the domain name and the other controlled the content. It made sense to me since the name changed which implied the information given to me was correct since that is what I would expect would take place under breakup conditions when one person cannot lay claim to the whole enchilada.
Leave it up to you all to sort out.

EXactly. The hover feature usually gives me just enough to know that an email isn't worth my time to open. For instance, the guy that for the last 5 years has emailed every single female on the site repeatedly that he'd like to pay to have garbage/bugs/ants dumped on him. He's somehow under the delusion that I owe it to that wanker that I actually read that email every single time before I delete it.

No, I used that example (one that darn near every female has received at one point or another) because it is one with so few characters that the entire message would be seen using the hover feature. It does have a character limit but I couldn't tell you what it is, as I've never counted it. You may not send messages like that but plenty of men do. Any female here will tell you that.

I did think of a potential loophole for your complaint. If a person has signed up to the site using their real email address, they can go to their mail controls and send every message that they've received that they haven't deleted in the past six months. Everything sitting in their CM mail can go directly to their yahoo, gmail, or whatever account. Considering the amount of mail that most women get here, that would honestly be a lot of work. I don't know how much of an incoming message shows up if a person has their mail alerts activated to their regular mail. My yahoo would be drowning in messages if that was turned on.

Now, I've been signed up here for roughly eight and a half years. I haven't been active on the forums for all of that time, but I have been a prolific poster in the past. I have seen people gripe about women not reading their emails, not responding to emails, the trash people get in emails, and darn near every other thing. You really are the FIRST person I have ever seen complain about the site notification about being deleted unread. Truthfully, I've seen the opposite, meaning people on the black and white site will say "at least on CM, you know your message has been deleted unread". With this in mind, I think you are in the minority opinion on the matter.

I have to agree. Scammers know there is one fool in a thousand that they need to sucker in. A scammer doesn't need to waste his/her time on the 999 out of a thousand who won't fall for the scam.

Now, why would a bot bother to insult you simply for not responding to the bot's chat request?

Since I still believe, as does Missokyst, that the scammers need to sucker in the sap, I guess their pre-programmed technique is to somehow shame you into responding. I guess, since, for example, they ask "are you a faggot?" for not responding, I'm supposed to then, I guess, vehemently deny the accusation, and, by doing so, I guess, I'm supposed to be further succored into the robotic conversation. I guess.

So, this insulting chat robot is about the only place I've seen a scammer intentionally try to insult me, in the hopes of winning my trust (somehow).

All they need is the dumbest person out of the next 1,000, so, I guess, in the end, it works for them.

I don't know WHO falls for this blatant stuff (just like the picture to the top right of all your collarspace mails which purports to be a gorgeous babe from YOUR TOWN (so many in your town!), which is, in effect, merely a robotic advertisement from Alt.com in an official collarspace banner ad, which is, by the way, easily blocked in your hosts file so you don't have to be assaulted by these top-right banner ads as you read your collarspace mail. [If you need a screenshot of what I'm talking about, I'll post one for you.]

I really don't know who falls for this stuff, but, all they need is the dumbest person out of each 1,000, which, given the supreme lack of English grammar knowledge of the OP's opening sentence, probably is the 45-year-old OP himself, who apparently has the English language skills of an 8 year old, to wit:

I'm still amazed how many guys from Kazakhstan or India or God-Knows-Wherever, who think they can turn a submissive but cute lesbian into his lover, by constantly emailing her a picture of him with his hairy chest next to his sailboat.

Given my experiments, I feel sorry for the "real" women here, because what they have to put up with is insane.
So, I would never fault them for deleting ANY mail, wholly unread, on sight, if not sooner.
