how would I go about getting shots from nature I took turned into professional looking blank cards

It's been a few years since I read them but go to the library and get some copies of Popular Photography or Modern Photography from the magazine section and check out the advertisements on the back pages.

Most of your larger chain stores can do that for you I think... I know most of the chain drug stores around here can do that.  Walmart's online page offers you that option, and is most likely available in most stores as well.  There are most likely thousands of others who offer you the same service (although of course you won't know the quality till you get it in person with a lot of them.)

If you have MS Office installed look for templates for MS Word or MS Publisher from www.microsoft.com or do a google search for "greeting card templates"... I'd recommend this versus obtaining a software application that does only greeting cards.

I use Print Shop for greeting cards a lot and have added my own photos, it's very easy.
