It may be too early but the new batch appear to be of higher quality and may be operating under different protocols than previously. It appears from some threads complaining about the new batch that some enjoyed a degree of immunity and were too friendly with the previous moderators who were not in the least impartial and extremely partisan. There were ad still are a number of people who are obnoxious and confrontational.

Me love the Moderators.

In my opinion the new Moderation is fair and equitable.
The former Moderation at the very least assessment was just choas to the point where a video admin had authority over the message board!...
Few users here were a quaintances of the old Mods, they had even their phone numbers, and simply you gotta be careful " I was not, and I did not care eithed" not to piss someone off, they could get you banned by just a phone call......
Now it seems those "used to be pamprerd boys and girls" have lost that privilege " I hope forever" and that's why they seem very disgruntled about it.

I hope that they are not compromised by the serial insulted who never pass any positive comment about anyone's threads but their own. There is already some evidence that the brat pack may be influencing the new Moderators. The brat pack insult with impunity yet never ever get moderated. What does that indicate? Fair minded moderation must be demonstrated not just paid lip service to.

I'm guessing Kevin is still harbouring grudges against the 'old' mods.

Although oddly enough, he's been moderated/banned/kicked up the arse by pretty much every cs/cm admin since the site started.

Nice to see current mod is keeping those old traditions alive! [:D]
