I know two people who are co-owned. One (and her family) is a set of aquainances and one (and her family) is a good friend.

The way it works for them is that one Master is the primary emotional/sexual partner, the other Master, while being an equal owner, is the secondary emotional/sexual partner. The Masters in each case are good friends. Ethical poly in action.

'no man can serve two Masters'

how would this work out i wonder, if one Dom made demands and compflicted with the demands of the other?
just something to chew on.

This is not exactly true. In life we have many "Masters" and must prioritize as to which one gets served first.

I have a friend that is co-owned by two Masters, and they all live together and do so successfully and have now for a few years. So yes it is very possible.

There are issues at times but like any family they work them out and move on.

the serving two Masters warning is often cited as the recipe for disaster, but honestly, it's not a bad deal!   Serving two is no better and no worse than having two parents.

A united front, common goals, being proactive in supporting the other "parent" are all things common to humans.  Even if the two have different behavioral rules and expectations, "kids" live with that a lot too.   Citing how the rules are different at Grandmas house than at home or school..   humans are pretty adept at finding the baseline in many relationships at once.

The worse problem i have is when i have One pissed, well to bet within 6 hours, i have Two pissed.  They are both reacting to something in my mood or behavior, so when i'm in need of correction, it's often because i've offended Both with the same actions.

But when everything is clicking, it's clicking double-time, and gee, how satisfying it is no beam and bask in all that approval.  lol.

I can see serving 2 masters.  But 7? I can't see how that could be accomplished with smooth sailing.  plus...who has the time for that?

I'm probably being really dense here...but where does the seven come from?  I've read the OP's profile and some of the other threads...but I just haven't found the mysterious 7.  Not that I expect to be more enlightened when I do...I'm just being curious I suppose...

Not sure if her having 7 is the reason for this post...but I would think that having seven dominants who do not know about one another and who (based on the OP's words, would not approve) would pose more of an issue than having 2 who knew and agreed to such a situation.

i just cant resist, this all needs to be summarized and put in the online drama section.  Here is a link to the first post by maysub

http://www.collarchat.com/m_486232/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#486232

Interestingly enough maysub went from not knowing on the 18th whether he/she wanted a Master or Mistress to today having 7 some of each.

maysub whomever or whatever you are thanks for the entertaining reading today

Thanks....I felt sure that 7 wasn't just a random number.

And that was probably the most entertaining thread yet....but then I feel guilty about saying that, because the laugh is at the expense of someone whose first language isn't English and who doesn't appear to have a very sophisticated grasp of the domain of knowledge that they're querying.  Makes me wonder how dumb I'd sound asking questions on a Polish skydiving forum (if I could even make myself understood in the first place).

that is making the huge assumption that the poster in question is in fact from another country with english not as their first language, female, and in the lifestyle at all

Yeah, I know.  But I'm such a trusting soul...

...and, yes, I do think that the use of language is really consistent with the claim of age, ethnicity and language skills.  But I'm no linguist, that's just a gut feeling.  If it's an hng (or should that be 'a hng'?) then I think he's just made himself an awful lot of extra work trying to write convincingly in this style.  As for the lifestyle claims...I wouldn't place any bets on those....

.....but are we here to critique the characterisation of posters or to discuss the content of their posts?  If this is a lit crit session then I'd be up for it if it weren't after midnight, but I really should sleep now and let this drama play itself out as it may

Well, as a pom (Brit), I'd claim they speak 'strine (Australian).  But the OP gives her ethnicity as Asian and somewhere (don't ask me where, I'd have to find the link) says that English isn't her first language...and there are a large number of people with this background in Australasia (I believe), hence all the good fusion (troll-feeding) cooking....

But I gotta sleep, I really gotta sleep...

I have heard of being married to one man, and still having a Master. Complex, oh yeah. Would I do it, doing it now, and it is hard. I am a jealous person and possessive as well. I am not going to share my submissive with anyone unless it is up front to start with (like my current submissive). Like my profile says.........Looking for single women only. I would take a woman that has children if I am that into her. I like kids and want some of my own too.  But sharing with another Master.....................well that is too much. A husband ok...................but not another Master. Let him get his own submissives.

Just when I wondered why I even bothered reading this thread...Holy heck, girl, you got a twisted brain. I love it.

But damn, now it's gonna keep me up all night!
