One downside to that though is that when you wake up in the morning, that's about as good as you are going to feel all day *smile*

Ugh! Wall of text with bad spelling and text speak obviously banged out on a smart phone

You only need one reason: It ain't good for you for a zillion different other reasons.
'Nuff said.

I enjoy the odd glass of wine or even a snifter of single malt, actually quite healthy, anything done to excess is unhealthy.

So since I never really drink to excess, I'm going to just stay that way

I know two. You will save money to spend elsewhere and you will live longer.

Alcohol isn't necessarily bad, however, drinking too much of it is. Moderation is the key.

If having a drink is effecting your ability to live your life - you're doing it wrong.

Today's main item on the BBC UK news.
Alcohol limits cut to reduce health risks

I think England, Wales, Ireland Just brought them into line with Scotland - nope i stand corrected in relation to pregnant women, the new guidelines bring the rest of the UK in line with Scotland and recommend that pregnant women should not drink at all.

The only reason I am not in my bed 24/7 is Chardonnay. Its seems to interfere with my CFS is a good way it must only be white wine everything else beer, red makes me dreadfully ill.

Bed, being a spoonie -this is about choice and lack off, is a horrific place to reside year after year after year. So I happily pay the price whatever that is, not that they know for sure; breathing gives you cancer, breathing polluted air gives you cancer and so on.

I am far to closely involved with the spirit world to quit and bells and gordon's would miss my monthly account payments by credit transfer.

Here is the #1 reason "wet brain"

Just my opinion. Liver damage is terrible, but it doesn't matter if you cannot think clearly.
