Dogma, it sounds like there's a pattern of no-show slaves.

You are doing something wrong. Some suggestions:

1. You may be pushing them too fast.
2. You may be dealing with people, likely men, who get off on online talk and never intended to meet at all.

One obvious way to get fewer flakes is to look for subs instead of slaves. There are very few women willing to start M/s right away, and far more willing to begin D/s and work toward M/s.

Every member of CS has a collective duty to report inappropriate posts that are in breach of ToS.

After all, it's what you agreed to when you joined the site.
When anarchy rules, there's no point in reasonable/sensible people in being part of it.
There are rules for a reason and we should all stick to them.

If you don't like that idea of self-moderation then perhaps you need to join a pay site so they can employ proper Mods to do that for you.
