I have seen flogger made out of latex. For those who like the thought of being flogged but not into pain. The latex flogger with the flat wide strips of latex makes lots of thuddy noise but is a lot less stingy than it's leather equivalent. http://jacksfloggers.co.uk/standard-floggers/sf05-heavy-rubber-flogger/
